We ask that students submit a registration form as well as $250 (€185) deposit at least 3 weeks before the class starts. The deposit can be paid by:
The deposit is applied towards the total cost of the program. The balance is due on the first day of the student's class. It can be paid by personal or corporate check (payable to Gaby Cerrate), travel checks or cash (U.S. Dollars or Euros) REFUND POLICY:$100 (€74) of the enrollment deposit is non-refundable. $150 (€111) will be refunded if Personalized Spanish receives a written cancellation notice at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the program. The full deposit will be refunded if Personalized Spanish cannot accept a student at the time he/she wants to attend. The fee paid for the first 4 weeks of the program, including the homestay, is non-refundable. Students who withdraw from a program or any portion of it within the first 4 weeks, do so at their own expense. All refunds after the first 4 weeks will incur a 20% cancellation fee, and will be made only if the student notifies Personalized Spanish, in writing at least 2 weeks in advance of the cancellation. There will be no partial refunds for days of class or homestay. Students who request homestays, but make different lodging arrangements will still be charged for the homestays unless Personalized Spanish receives written notification at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the program. |
